How we handle reports
Step 1 โ Acknowledgement. Every report receives a human acknowledgement within 4 hours.
Step 2 โ Investigation. We review evidence, examine server logs, and contact the customer for response. Customers are given a reasonable window (typically 24 hours) to remediate, except in zero-tolerance cases.
Step 3 โ Action. We may issue a warning, force a service restart, suspend the account, or terminate it. Severity depends on the violation, customer history, and remediation effort.
Step 4 โ Reporter follow-up. We notify the reporter of the outcome, with appropriate detail (we don't disclose customer identity without legal process).
